This document outlines the terms and regulations governing use of the 1440 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 1440 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To use 1440’s services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
  • Not listed as prohibited from using the platform under any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Registering using personal information that is truthful, accurate and complete.
  • Misrepresenting the company, organizations, or third parties without written permission from 1440.

1440 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Any accounts found to violate eligibility criteria may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

Important Note

Continued use of 1440 after any amendments to these terms will be regarded as acceptance of those changes. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly.

2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to have only one active account on 1440. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.

All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, date of birth, and banking details — must be accurate and kept up-to-date. False or misleading information may result in account termination.

Account Security

Users are fully responsible for safeguarding their account passwords and login information. 1440 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our customer support immediately via the available channels on the platform for prompt security action.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from the following while using the 1440 platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorized methods to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Sharing your login credentials with any other party.
  • Committing fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities through the platform.
  • Interfering with or breaching the platform’s technical systems and infrastructure.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that violate the specified promotion terms.

3Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information

All financial transactions on 1440 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring their registered bank account information is accurate and belongs to them.

Deposit

Deposits can be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, etc.) and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the selected payment method and may change periodically. 1440 reserves the right to reject or reprocess any suspicious deposits or those failing verification requirements.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account registered under the same user's name. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when the withdrawal amount exceeds a certain limit. Processing times vary depending on the method and bank involved. 1440 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected.

Any transactions proven to be linked to money laundering, fraud, or illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities and involved accounts will be closed immediately. 1440 is not liable for any bank or third-party payment provider fees incurred.

4Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Liability Limits

The 1440 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 1440 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, service interruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, network issues, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1440 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphic elements — is the exclusive property of 1440 or its licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without explicit written permission from 1440.

Third-Party Links

1440 may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 1440 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users access external links at their own risk.

5Account Policy & Service Termination

1440 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, suspicious activities, or other reasonable reasons determined by management. In cases of suspension or termination due to violations, any account balances may be held pending investigation.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, users must settle all outstanding matters, including the withdrawal of any valid remaining balance. Once the account is closed, personal data will be handled in accordance with the platform's applicable privacy policy.

Any remaining bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be automatically forfeited and cannot be claimed. Only valid cash balances are eligible for withdrawal once the verification process is complete.

  • Detecting fraudulent or money laundering activities
  • Multiple Account Usage
  • Bonus or promotion abuse
  • Violation of any platform rules
  • Instructions from the relevant authorities

Amendments to These Terms

1440 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time, in accordance with operational requirements, regulatory changes or internal policy. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

Users are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through processes appointed by the relevant Malaysian authorities.
